Members who wish to appoint a proxy, must ensure the proxy is a current member of the company and may by default appoint the Chair of the meeting. Appointment of a proxy must be in writing. If you would like to appoint a proxy to act on your behalf then go to this link Instrument Appointing a Proxy and download the document and complete the proxy form and have your proxy sign the form as well as yourself.
